We offer Occupational training internships within this business unit ranging from 4 to 6 months with supervised training.

The candidate should be studying Mechanical Engineering, and is seeking exposure in production engineering operations.

Occupational training is scheduled in the areas of:-

·       Assist Planning personnel in expediting Materials Resource Planning and sourcing some componentry used in manufacturing, through related Purchasing functions.

·       Assist management by facilitating the investigation of Shopfloor labour variances to standard Routing times and providing feedback

·       Investigate significant deviations on manufacturing recoveries

·       Assist with plant maintenance projects, electrical schematics and machine layouts in the manufacturing area

·       Investigate and ensure open factory order packets are closed out appropriately for Work in Progress valuation through our integrated software system.

·       Data entry of daily operator time sheets
