We offer Occupational training internships within this department ranging from 4 to 6 months with supervised training.

Previous AutoCAD software experience would be a pre-requisite as a large proportion of the work will be based utilising this software, as well as reasonable English language skills.

Specific occupational training will be given in the following areas:

• Component design and associated hydraulic and mechanical calculations.
• Creation of component and assembly drawings in accordance with international standards using AutoCAD.
• Creation of component lists and Bills of Materials.
• Performance analysis and evaluation for interpretation of tests and creating performance data for existing products.
• Hydraulic and mechanical testing of pumps and units in accordance with various Australian and international standards.
• Creation of a new testing procedure for test and results analysis.
